Solid-free high-temperature grease for lubricating ejectors, slides and ejection units in tools and moulds that require tight tolerances.
Advantages
- Usable up to 300 °C
- High shot rate without having to relubricate
- Suitable for tight tolerances
- Usable on visible parts (no grease transport by ejectors)
- H1 registered
Application
Make sure that the designated area is clean and not contaminated by oil or grease residues, hand perspiration, dirt particles, etc. For cleaning, the use of VCM 20 is recommended. Apply the grease thinly and evenly. Do not mix with other lubricants!
