Product description
- Maximum clamping force: 6 tonnes
- Length of the clamping rails: 300–800 mm
- The pitch of the serration is 2.5 mm
- The nominal distance between the teeth of the clamping rail is 2.50015 mm, which means that, for example, the nominal distance between 200 teeth is 200 x 2.50015 = 500,030 mm. This must be taken into account when creating CAM programs using calculated stop positions. Please also note that the first positioning hole (ø12 H7) can be used as reference here.
- Precision of the teeth to the positioning hole: ±0,01 mm (up to 700 mm length)
- Important: When clamping rails are clamped on a hole grid table, bolts must always be installed in the ø12 H7 hole (see drawings)
