End position monitoring & position sensing
Limit switches and inductive sensors enable the reliable monitoring of end positions and the positions of moving mould components. While mechanical limit switches are activated by direct contact, inductive sensors detect metal components without contact and are therefore wear-free. In this way they improve process safety, prevent positioning errors and ensure reliable, automated operation of the mould.

Temperature monitoring
Precise temperature monitoring is crucial for consistently high component quality and cost-effective processes. Meusburger thermocouples operate on the tried and trusted thermocouple principle, meeting the highest accuracy class (Class 1), and deliver reliable measured values even under demanding conditions. They protect against overheating, enable precise temperature monitoring and control, and therefore promote uniform mould temperature regulation and extend the service life of the mould by reducing wear.
