Our tried and trusted standard die set is available in sizes ranging from 156 x 156 to 696 x 1,396 mm. The guide pillar can be fitted to the head plate or the base plate, depending on the application. Also available: the backing plate with machining allowance SV 85, made of 1.2379 steel, for short cutting and bending punches.

SP/P – Precision die sets

In our precision die set, the guide pillar is fitted to the backing plate, which ensures optimum transfer of the guiding system’s shear forces. It is available in sizes ranging from 196 x 196 to 496 x 696 mm.

Our tried and trusted two-pillar die set with guide pillars placed at the back is available in sizes ranging from 126 x 156 to 396 x 696 mm. Due to the large usable area, the two-pillar die set is ideally suited for single-stroke stamping processes and as a basic die set for the modular concept.

SB – Stamping and forming die sets

We offer you our stamping and forming die set for the 200 kN, 300 kN and 400 kN Bihler presses. The die sets are available from stock in lengths up to 596 mm and as type SBH ‘tunnel cut’ or SBP ‘spring-loaded guiding plate’.
