Product description
- Precise pin positioning via vernier scale
- Subsequent adjustments ‘outside’ of the mould (e.g. shortening the pin) are not necessary
- Fast pin position adjustment without opening the piston chamber
- Pin can be decoupled, which makes servicing easier
- Subsequent cooling of the operating unit
– Process temperature/hot runner < 300 °C – no subsequent cooling necessary
– Process temperature/hot runner > 300 °C – subsequent cooling of the operating unit necessary
The temperature regulation must remain in function for another 15 min.
