The single nozzles are installed directly into the mould and are particularly suitable for applications with only one feed point. They enable a compact design and direct gating to the machine nozzle, and offer an economical and easy-to-maintain solution, especially for smaller moulded parts or single-cavity moulds. Thanks to the simple design, installation and temperature control are particularly efficient.

The EH 4000 is the versatile all-rounder among single nozzles for open systems. It impresses with its suitability for a wide variety of plastics – from simple plastics to high-temperature plastics that can be processed with high demands. It is also ideal as an adapter nozzle in stack moulds.	The EH 4010 is the cost-effective variant among the single valve gate nozzles. It is particularly interesting due to its attractive price, but is limited by the variety of plastic types.

The manifold nozzles are used in combination with a hot runner manifold and enable the simultaneous gating of several cavities. They are ideal for multi-cavity moulds and ensure even melt distribution. The modular design allows flexible adjustments to different moulded part geometries and cycle requirements. The sophisticated construction allows complex component families to be manufactured efficiently and with a high level of process safety.

The screw-in version offers high operational reliability and easy maintenance, as no height adjustment is required between the nozzle and manifold, which significantly reduces the risk of leaks. The tight screw connection ensures a stable connection and minimises mechanical uncertainties during operation. Thanks to the improved thermal separation and ready-to-connect delivery, installation is also particularly time efficient.	The slide-seal version allows flexible nozzle lengths, as these can be selected independently of the nozzle spacing – even short nozzles with large spaces in between can be realised without any problems. The automatic alignment of the manifold during heating ensures stress-free operation. In addition, support elements ensure even pressure distribution to the clamp plate.	Like the EH 4150, the thermoFILL manifold nozzle is a slide seal nozzle, but has been specially developed for the caps & closures sector. It impresses with an excellent thermally insulated gate and a low-wear gate assembly that minimises contact with the mould. In combination with a moving cavity plate, it enables quick colour changes and is ideal for use in multi-cavity moulds.

The EH 4050 is our stand-alone solution in the valve gate area – completely without a manifold. The compact, ready-to-use unit eliminates the need for complex pockets and time-consuming installation work, while at the same time reducing the mould height. It can be actuated via air or oil in the clamp plate or externally via connectors – simple and flexible for your application.

Thanks to improved thermal separation and ready-to-connect delivery of the operating unit and electrics, installation is also extremely simple.	The slide-seal design allows flexible adjustment of the nozzle lengths – even with valve gate systems – as they can be selected independently of the nozzle spacing. Even short nozzles with large spaces in between can be realised without any problems. The manifold adjusts automatically when heating up, which ensures stress-free operation. Support elements around the operating units ensure even pressure distribution to the clamp plate.
