    Product description

    • Compact, ready-to-use unit for fast and easy installation
    • The cooled actuating mechanism located outside the mould reduces the mould mounting height to a minimum
    • Integrated valve gate for the best surface results on the moulded part
    • Pin position can be precisely readjusted when the nozzle is installed for a perfect pin impression
    • Hardened flange also serves to precisely centre the mould in the machine plate
    • The supply of air, oil or cooling water is carried out as standard via holes in the clamping plate
    • Optionally, media can also be supplied via connections in the retainer plate
    • Gate types and nozzle lengths can be freely selected based on the smartFILL nozzle range
    • Optionally available as a hot half
