Our centring units and locks are manufactured in-house at our Wolfurt location, ensuring the highest levels of precision and quality. Thanks to their precisely manufactured symmetry, the centring units and locks can be replaced individually or with one another. Thanks to our efficient logistics, the components are also available to you quickly.
The right lock for every mould size
Meusburger offers the right lock for every application: Whether square or round, our range includes a wide selection of sizes – from micro moulds to large mould bases. Depending on your requirements, versions with or without DLC coating are available, as well as various designs for different machining directions. This way, you can always find a precise and perfectly suited solution for your mould.

The fine centring unit with roller cage E 1355 ensures precise centring, smooth running and consistently high performance, even under demanding operating conditions.

External locks
The DLC coated surface of our locks ensures very low friction and therefore particularly low-wear operation. An integrated collision protection system reliably protects the mould from damage, even if the two mould halves are laterally out of alignment. The removal groove allows the locks to be removed quickly and easily.

Internal locks
Our locks ensure high-precision final centring, enabling a particularly space-saving installation. They are suitable for the reliable centring of both moulds and mould inserts, ensuring maximum precision in the mould. An integrated withdrawal thread makes removal much easier and reduces the time required for maintenance and service. The locks are ready-to-use, enabling quick, safe and efficient installation.

Small, compact and offering the highest precision – fine centring units for your mould inserts
Flat fine centring units are used to precisely align mould inserts with one another. One centring component is rigidly mounted, whilst the counterpart is floating. The fine centring unit, flat E 13076 is supplied ready-to-use, the E 13070 can be cut to length or pre-drilled individually.
