Wizards for die sets
Design more efficiently with our plate configurator
Our plate configurator offers diverse possibilities to configure your desired plate. You cannot only configure non-drilled but also drilled special plates for mould and die making. Moreover, non-drilled round plates can also be configured. You can configure your plate step by step with the help of features such as a check of entered values in the background, our material selection wizard, and interactive selection tables with illustrations.
Configurable 3D data
Save time during the design stage and configure selected components directly in our portal. You can immediately export the customised 3D data with CADClick and load it into your projects. In our support area, we explain step by step how to proceed.

Our standard components are available to you in libraries or tools for different CAD systems. Use these native models and design directly in your CAD system. With this offer, we want to support you already during the installation of simple and complex components.
Meusburger NX tool
In cooperation with one of our customers, we have developed a CAD tool, which is available to you free of charge. This tried and trusted tool is coordinated with the Siemens NX CAD system and enables designers to carry out a simple and time-saving design process. Configurations of the components can be selected natively in the system and all parameters are adjusted automatically.
