How does the M-Line welder GEVS 1000 work?

    1

    Switching on the device

Before putting the device into operation, make sure that you have read the complete user manual and implemented all required security measures. Confirm having done so on the device. The M-Line welder is only considered ready for operation and safe to use after this confirmation.

    2

    Adjusting the settings

The M-Line welder is operated using a rotary-push controller, which enables simple and intuitive control. First, select the material and the geometry. You can also adjust the settings for microscope illumination, shutter tests and gas supply. There are three speed levels for the welding process.

    3

    Starting the welding process

You can start welding after the configuration. If necessary, you can simply and swiftly regrind the electrode, thus maintaining arc stability and ensuring precise welding at all times.

Note: the device has a standby mode. Upon exiting this mode, you have to confirm the security measures once again before being able to use the device.
