First you choose the upper part – either with or without clamp plate. Then you define the ideal version for the inner part. Finally, you choose the lower part and select whether your die set should be configured with or without clamp plate or clamp risers.

In the next step you define the plate types for the individual plates, and specify which plates should be drilled or non-drilled. In this step you also choose the desired material.

In the last step you can select the optimal components for your die set – guide pillars, guide bushes, pillar fastenings and retainer clips. With this selection you finalise the configuration and receive a die set including CAD data that is perfectly configured to your needs.
