Time savings with the quick-fit coolant hose
The special structure of the quick-fit coolant hose E 2185 in combination with a quick-fit nozzle enables time-saving installation. The hose is simply slipped onto the quick-fit nozzle with the help of warm soapy water. The material of the quick-fit hose is wrapped in such a way that it constricts under pressure. This enables a space-saving connection without the need for obstructive clips, and the connection remains permanently sealed.
Higher operational safety thanks to the IsoTemp® high temperature hose
The IsoTemp® high temperature hose E 2187 from Meusburger can be used at temperatures of up to 200 °C with water, oil, air, and vapour. All components that come in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel in order to prevent corrosion and thus the clogging of the hose line. You can either mount a coupler with a union nut or screw the hose directly to the mould. Thanks to the FDA compliant silicone sheath, the hose is also very well suited for use in cleanrooms.
Quick-fit coolant hose
The quick-fit coolant hose E 2185 is suitable for both cold water and hot water up to 140 °C. The outer layer is made of synthetic rubber and is very abrasion-resistant and oil-resistant. The hose can be used for normal hosing, but can also be inserted into cable slots.
IsoTemp® high temperature hose
The IsoTemp® high temperature hose E 2187 has a very small bending radius of 50 mm and is therefore very flexible. Meusburger offers the hose from stock in red, blue and black versions in graduated lengths of 300 mm to 2500 mm. Upon request the hoses are also available in special lengths.
Workshop equipment for hose lines and connections
With the matching accessories and tools in our range, simple and quick installation of your hoses becomes child’s play. Our hose assembly device E 21990 helps to connect couplers and nozzles in a simple and secure way. Hoses with a diameter of up to 25 mm can be precisely cut at a right angle with our hose and pipe cutter V 20420. Moreover, the hose crimper E 2196 allows you to reliably crimp the ferrules E 2190, which, in turn, guarantees a secure connection between the hose and the coupler.
