Suitable guiding and centring for every application
The widest range, the highest quality, available immediately
At Meusburger, we offer the widest range of guides and locks on the market – in an impressive variety of product variants. To ensure the highest quality, we consistently rely on in-house production: Everything, from raw material to the finished product, takes place at our main site in Wolfurt. This means we have a thorough understanding of every stage of the manufacturing process – from turning and milling through to grinding and precise quality check – and can consistently deliver high quality.
Quality made in Austria
From the raw material to the finished product: For quality control, we place great value on the use of high-precision measuring equipment in order to guarantee the best quality of our guiding elements and locks.
Standard guiding system
Secure hold, easy installation: The guiding system with two fitting diameters not only ensures precise guiding of the mould halves, but also makes the installation and removal of the guide pillars and bushes easier. The components are perfectly aligned with our extensive range of cavity plates, ensuring precise and stable mould guidance.
Flat guiding units
We offer three different flat guiding units, including our high-performance flat guiding unit, which is available exclusively from us. In our range of flat guiding units, the gliding plates come with a DLC coating as standard, ensuring maximum wear resistance and the longest possible service life.
Guiding of the ejector set
From sliding guide bushes in various designs, through to ball guides without play and guiding solutions using support pillars – our range offers the right solution for every application.
Our feature: High-performance flat guiding unit E 1080
The high-performance flat guiding unit E 1080 combines the highest precision with an extremely compact design. The optimal width-to-depth ratio creates additional space for cavities and cooling channels, whilst the vertical screw connection avoids the need for disruptive drill holes.
The positive and frictional taper locking ensures guiding without play. Large entry radii, an integrated I-beam profile and exceptional wear resistance up to 300 °C ensure reliable performance under demanding conditions.

Guiding elements with DLC coating
Guiding elements and locks in particular are subject to high wear due to friction when opening and closing the mould. The DLC coating offers the best sliding properties and thus durability. Additional lubrication further increases the service life significantly. This makes them ideal for use in cleanrooms, while also helping to reduce downtimes.
Advantages:
- Increased corrosion resistance and service life
- Best dry-running properties enable use in cleanrooms
- Minimised wear thanks to excellent sliding properties
