Descriere produs
The single nozzle easyFILL is an economical alternative to the sprue. As a direct extension of the machine nozzle in the injection mould, it takes over the plastic melt via the hardened sprue bush. This keeps the plastic at processing temperature up to the feed point on the cavity or up to the gating to a cold sub-manifold. Thanks to the cost-optimised individual components of the nozzle, the nozzle price is worthwhile quickly making hot runner systems profitable even with low material savings or low material prices.
