Our marking units are available in a rectangular version (E 2466) and round version (E 2467) and offer maximum flexibility for customised marking. Thanks to easy removal with the removal magnet, the replaceable inserts can be taken out quickly with no damage. Changing directly on the injection moulding machine reduces set-up times and makes efficient adjustment of the marking possible during ongoing production operations.
The replaceable inserts can be individually engraved or milled over the entire surface. Logos, symbols or customised markings can be produced with precision and durability. A wide range of sizes allows for a variety of uses across a broad spectrum of applications. The specially developed removal magnet E 2468 ensures reliable and damage free removal. Magnetic removal protects the cavity and insert reliably and makes easy and convenient change possible – without wedges or striking tools.
