G30, G48 Machine valve gate nozzles
Product description
This nozzle is closed by a pin thus preventing the uncontrolled escape of the melt.
Spring operated:
in the spring-operated version, the nozzle opens automatically when the specified injection pressure is reached and closes automatically when it falls below.
Lever operated:
in the lever-operated version, the nozzle closing and opening is triggered via a signal from the machine control.
Benefits:
- Even dosing volume
- No melt leakage when the injection nozzle is lifted or the mould is open
- Time and cost savings – the dosage can be increased while the nozzle is lifted and/or the moulded part is ejected

There must be an operating cylinder on the machine side. This can be hydraulic, pneumatic, or electric and must apply the necessary force for the nozzle used.

- G 48 H, lever operated
