FKM seals, fitted as standard, ensure reliable operation at temperatures of up to 180 °C. A hardened piston rod, combined with a double seal, ensures long-lasting, clean and reliable operation. Compact cylinders for attachment as well as compact, exclusive build-in cylinders for integration into the mould plate can also be found in the range. The range is complemented by locking cylinders designed for applications involving high injection forces. For the design, the CAD data including installation spaces is available immediately. This allows components to be integrated directly into the design, helping to prevent design errors at an early stage.

Included in this are couplers for mechanical connection, seal kits and assembly tools for maintenance and repair work. For electronic position monitoring, select compact cylinders are available with magnetic proximity sensors. The sensors can be easily positioned and adjusted in the groove. Matching cables, connectors and logic distributors facilitate signal transmission. By combining several signals via logic distributors, the amount of wiring required can be reduced whilst minimising the risk of voltage drops.

For the hydraulic connection of the cylinders Meusburger offers suitable fittings, screw plugs and flat-sealing hydraulic couplings. The low-leakage versions ensure safe operation and a reliable connection within the hydraulic system.
