Our highlight: Guide bush with male thread E 5708
Active parts such as strip guiding, strip lifters or pilot pins are often used in versions with a collar, as they are reliable and cost-effective. During maintenance, however, there is a disadvantage: because the active parts can’t be removed from the working plane, the die must be taken apart for maintenance.
The new guide bush with male thread, with collar E 5708 makes the installation and removal of round active parts with collar possible directly from the working plane. The space-saving screw connection using a hexagon head makes maintenance easier and greatly reduces downtimes. The fine thread with core hole diameter that matches the installation diameters of the springs further simplifies plate machining.
Thanks to the fitting diameter and precise fit of the collar the bush is also suitable for applications where positioning is critical, such as for pilot pins. Exact length tolerances enable flush installation and precise stroke lengths. Thanks to the G6 tolerance of the inner diameter the bush is ideal for components with h6 tolerance and high positional accuracy. Even as a substitute for drill bushes, for example in combination with the dowel pin E 1301, it is very versatile.
Adjustable infeed guide for reliable strip feeding
Developed in-house, this exclusive standardised strip feeding solution offers maximum flexibility and efficiency. The metal strip is guided via infinitely adjustable needle roller bearings and can therefore be used for different sheet metal widths.
In the version with a spring-loaded bearing on one side (E 5620), width tolerances are automatically compensated for and the spring force can be easily adjusted to suit different materials and sheet thicknesses.
Further cost savings are achieved when an infeed guide is used for multiple dies.
Strip stop E 5625
The new strip stop E 5625 enables fast positioning when inserting and stamping a new material strip. This innovative solution earned the silver ‘best Award’ at the Blechexpo 2025.
