Hot half

An indispensable element of modern plastics processing, our customised hot half is the centrepiece of the fixed half of the mould: the only thing missing is the cavity plate with cavities. We deliver your precise solution either with open hot runner nozzles (EHS 6050) or as valve gate system (EHS 6060) with our high-performance nozzle series smartFILL. Our systems are optimally coordinated and guarantee leakage-free operation. Depending on your requirements, nozzle operation is done either individually per nozzle or centrally via a lifting plate. Moreover, our hot halves are manufactured ready to connect according to your standard and are supplied with suitable electrical plugs and media connections, so you can benefit from highly convenient project planning, assembly, and production.
