Fountain with sophisticated features

Fountains typically have a massive head compared to the pipe, meaning the mould core must be significantly oversized at the rear to provide adequate support. The compact fountain E 21100 solves this problem: the head is minimal in size, with all geometries optimised for unrestricted flow. The closed front geometry allows for a space-saving placement of the O-ring seal directly against the head. The anti-rotation protection is realised by a contour at the head end. The entire recess, encompassing the anti-rotation protection and O-ring groove, can be efficiently machined using a single milling cutter. The O-ring seal is slightly preloaded and secured against dislodgement during assembly. Made of stainless steel, the fountain is resistant to media and temperatures of up to 300 °C. CAD data, including installation spaces, is available for design.
