The new Meusburger portal – with more functions and options!
Since its launch, we have continually developed the Meusburger portal: through regular updates and extensions, we have added many new functions to improve your user experience and offer you even more possibilities in the Meusburger online world.
Our Meusburger portal is available 24/7 and supports you along the entire value chain with everything from detailed insights into orders to time-saving design options, thus enabling you to reach your goals quickly and efficiently. As of now, the new portal is also available in up to 20 languages.

NEW: wizards and configurators
Individual configuration is now even easier in the portal. Our wizards and configurators offer various possibilities and combine the tried and trusted advantages with optimised and clearer functions.
- With our plate configurator, you can configure your desired plate step by step, choosing between non-drilled or drilled special plates. Learn more about our plate configurator.
- Our mould base wizard comes with supportive selection guides, making it even easier to assemble your mould base according to your desires. Learn more about the currently available wizards for lengthwise and crosswise mould bases.

Navigation
Organisation and time efficiency are especially important during design. That is why the navigation in the new Meusburger portal was designed to be clear and user-friendly despite its size.
Parts lists
As a designer, you can save your parts lists in the portal based on the specific project and independently of the shopping cart. This allows you to work flexibly on multiple projects.
NEW: as of now, you can also forward your parts lists.
CAD data
We have significantly improved the handling of CAD data. You can start the CAD export directly from the product detail pages, without having to first add the product to a parts list or the shopping cart. In addition, we have made it even easier to individually configure models and we provide a direct access to the download.
Products
On the product detail pages, you will find tables and selection options developed by experts specifically for the industry. When you are logged in, you will immediately see the net prices of the products.

My account
In the ‘My account’ area, you not only benefit from simple order processing, you also have access to all the order data and receipts. These receipts are available within a few minutes after you have completed your order. You can directly order your offers or request them again. In addition to the current status of the respective order, you can also track the current location of your (partial) delivery in the ‘My account’ area. Returns and complaints can be processed just as easily and quickly. Our detailed support area provides answers to all the frequently asked questions.
Efficient completion process for requests and orders
We have also significantly improved the completion process for requests and orders. As of now, you can choose between different shipping options (express shipping, standard shipping, self-collection for German-speaking countries) and set a desired dispatch date. Furthermore, you can quickly select your delivery address via a drop-down menu or define a new address, if necessary.
Item import
To make the ordering process as efficient as possible, items can be imported as a group using Excel or MEU files, as well as individually. During this process, items are automatically suggested based on the data entered.
Search and filter function
Our aim is to guide you to your goal as quickly and efficiently as possible. The search and filter function will also help you, as it allows you to search or filter easily for products or orders.
Shopping cart and parts lists
The shopping cart and parts lists are automatically saved at all times. Thereby, you gain time and can move forward even faster with your projects.
NEW: as of now, you can also forward your parts lists.
Support
The comprehensive support area can help with any issues when using the Meusburger portal by giving you all the relevant information. You can also use the contact form in the ‘My account’ area to make enquiries regarding hot runner or control systems. When you are logged in, your contacts and field engineers are also displayed.
