The new strip stop E 5625 from Meusburger is setting new standards with regards to the positioning of the material strip. After the strip stop has been locked, the new strip can be precisely positioned to start the stamping process. Thanks to the integrated release function, which is controlled by the upper part, the strip stop is automatically deactivated on the first stroke and leaves the active area. Thus, the strip stop enables a swift and precise strip positioning, which in turn reduces errors and increases efficiency in first-stroke stamping. Increase in efficiency with the new strip lifter
Thanks to its large, unilateral infeed chamfer, the new block-shaped, spring-loaded strip lifter E 5643 significantly simplifies the insertion of the strip into the die. It is very compact, so it can also be used as a lifter with a stroke of up to 6 mm within the die. Major benefits include the simple installation from the working plane, low space requirements thanks to the stop via the shoulder screw, and a withdrawal thread for easy removal.
