At Meusburger even the best raw materials are heat-treated for stress relief, our plates are manufactured 100% in-house in Austria, and our production is always state-of-the-art. All this plus our highly trained staff guarantee quality in the µ range.

Quality
We take various measures to achieve the best quality: right at the start, the sheet metal undergoes spectral analysis and a strength test. That is how we supply the best raw materials, which we then heat-treat for stress relief in our own furnaces with a total capacity of 240 tonnes. This enables us to guarantee low-deformation processing of the materials. Hard points in the microstructure are eliminated, avoiding the risk of abrupt tool breakages. After the precise in-house production, our plates undergo a quality check using one of the most accurate measuring devices on the market.
Our large central standard parts warehouse is located at our headquarters in Austria. Thanks to optimised order processing, the plates, just like all other items from the range, are picked in the shortest possible time and sent to customers via optimally networked logistic partners. That means that the shortest possible lead times are guaranteed at Meusburger.
