Mould bases for reliable solutions
Thanks to our 60 years of experience, you benefit from a perfectly aligned product range based on maximum precision. From the raw materials to the final check of the end products, we underpin our high quality standards at every stage. Our large and diverse range of designs produced in over 30 material grades are stored on an area corresponding to more than 2.5 football fields. To ensure the best quality and low-deformation processing, we rely not only on precise in-house production of our plates and bars, but also on our own furnaces with a total capacity of 240 tonnes. The high-quality steel, which is heat-treated for stress relief in-house, has consistently high levels of resistance and homogeneity right into the core zone.
Hot runner systems for demanding projects
Standardisation and individuality can be perfectly combined. This is shown in our hot runner system. The standardised components have a modular structure and can therefore be flexibly combined. This, in turn, leads to customised solutions for complex projects. One major advantage in this is our specially developed configurator, which allows for the creation of a mould base including a hot runner manifold and a manifold plate with just a few clicks. Thanks to the standardisation of many of our hot runner components, you benefit from consistently high quality and continuous availability.
Guiding systems for durable injection moulds
The guiding system for mould making is the reliable basis for precise and durable injection moulds. To ensure the highest quality and immediate availability at all times, we rely on in-house production, especially for our guiding elements. This covers the entire process from the selection of raw materials to the finished product. Our perfectly aligned range of high-precision guiding elements features a wide variety of designs and is optimally matched to our extensive range of cavity plates. This compatibility guarantees maximum efficiency.
Slide systems for numerous applications
From the smallest compact slide unit on the market to slide units with temperature regulation and slide construction kits – see our extensive and diverse range of slide units for yourself. They are delivered ready-to-use directly from stock, and the appropriate CAD data including installation spaces is available for you to download. In addition, all slide units have the best sliding properties thanks to the coatings in all our slide systems.
Locks for time-saving work
Our precise centring units in round and flat designs enable reliable centring of the mould in the split line face. They are ready to use, which simplifies their installation, and can also be replaced. Thus, they offer straightforward maintenance and maximum flexibility. We attach great importance to in-house production, which is why, in addition to other components, we also produce the locks in-house in our own small parts production facility. This enables us to guarantee consistently high quality.
