Diffusion-welded manifold smartFLOW Helix

Our diffusion-welded manifolds are precisely milled and thus enable optimum melt channels without dead spots or plugs. The high surface quality ensures a gentle melt flow and prevents material deposits, even in case of crystal-clear plastics or frequent colour changes. Streamlined deflections minimise shear stress and retain the melt quality. Since material deposits in case of colour changes are prevented, our systems enable a significant cost reduction and guarantee increased process reliability at the same time.

The advanced version of smartFLOW, specifically designed for valve gate systems, enables a particularly uniform melt mixing in the nozzle thanks to our special glow geometry. Furthermore, the formation of pin shadows in the entry area is prevented and the pin remains stable in its position during influx.
