Profile and main data

You will find your customer number on the top right of each of our receipts. If you do not have a customer number yet, we will add it to your profile after you have registered.

You can manage your personal data in the ‘My account’ section. Under ‘Change login data’ you have the option to change your email address and password.

Each email address can be used for only one profile. If you need several profiles, each profile must be created with a different email address.

Your order will be sent to this address. It may differ from the billing address.

Before you submit your request or order, you have the option to customise the delivery address. All delivery addresses used in the past are available for selection. You also have the option to add a new delivery address. You can find detailed information on this in the FAQ section Completion process.

Your orders will be invoiced to this address. For invoicing without the value added tax rate the billing address must match your VAT no.

The billing address is linked to your customer number. Only one billing address can be specified per customer number. Once registered, this cannot be changed in your profile. If your billing address changes, please contact us immediately by email.

On the login window you will find the ‘Forgot password’ button, with which you can reset your password.

You can change the language with the language selection button in the upper right corner 1.

You still have the option to use the standard version of ‘My account’. This can be accessed via the button at the top left.
