How do I complete my request/order?
In the shopping cart you can choose from the following options:
Order 1: By clicking this button you start the process where you can place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. You can return to the shopping cart at any point before completing the order to make changes. Please also refer to our FAQs on the subject of orders.
Request quote 2: By clicking this button you start the process where you can request a non-binding quote for the items in your shopping cart. You can return to the shopping cart at any point before completing the request to make changes. Please also refer to our FAQs on the subject of offers.

Step 1 – Request details/order details
In the first step of the process you can give your request/order a name 1. You can also optionally add references 2. On the right-hand side you can see a summary of the current costs 3. You can also skip the subsequent steps (step 2 – address details and step 3 – delivery information) via the ‘To step 4’ button 4 to speed up the process. In this case, your address details and delivery information will be selected automatically. For this purpose, our system uses the information stored in your main data.

Step 2 – Address details
In the second step of the process you can select the recipient. You can add a new address here 1 or select an already saved address 2.

Below the recipient, you will find your billing address 3, which is connected to your customer number. Please refer to our FAQs on profile and main data.

Using the ‘Back’ button 4 you can return to the previous step at any time.

Step 3 – Delivery information
In the third step of the process a summary of your delivery information is shown. If you would like to change the recipient again, click on the ‘Edit’ button 1. In this step you can also choose the shipping method 2. Depending on the selected recipient, we offer the following options: standard shipping, self-collection and express shipping (extra cost).

If you do not want your order to be dispatched at the next possible date, you can enter a later dispatch date here 3. The actual dispatch date will be given in the order confirmation.

Using the ‘Back’ button 4 you can return to the previous step at any time.

Step 4 – Confirm
In the fourth step of the process all important request/order information is shown again. Request/order details can still be changed at any time via the ‘Edit’ button 1. By clicking this button you are taken back to the respective step of the completion process. At the bottom, your ordered items are listed again. If you would like to make changes here, click on ‘Back to shopping cart’ 2.

Request: By clicking the ‘Request now’ button 4 you prompt the request. You then receive a request confirmation and can see your request at any time in ‘My account’.

Order: By clicking the ‘Buy now’ button 3 you place the order. You then receive an order confirmation and can see your order at any time in ‘My account’.

Using the ‘Back’ button 5 you can return to the previous step at any time.

Change your request/order details and references
If an order has already been placed, the information and references you provided can no longer be adjusted. That is why we ask you to carefully check the information and references before placing the order. If you just requested a quote, modifications are still possible – please get in touch with your contact in the internal sales department.
Administration fee
An administration fee will be charged for orders below the minimum order amount of EUR 100 or CHF 100.
Shipping methods
Depending on the delivery address of the recipient, you can choose from different shipping methods:
Standard shipping
Self-collection
Express shipping (extra cost)
Only the options available for your delivery address are displayed.
Desired dispatch date
Our goods are dispatched as fast as possible. If you do not want your order to be dispatched at the next possible date, you can enter a later dispatch date in this field 1. The actual dispatch date will be given in the order confirmation.
