Slide units for mould making

The slide unit with its integrated shim can be mounted from the split line face. Its sliding surface is DLC-coated.

Slide surface: 23 x 12 mm to 40 x 31 mm

This unique slide unit with integrated shim and DLC coating is equipped with a classic inclined pin and a cotter. Optimum use of space is ensured thanks to the mirrored versions. Moreover, the whole unit can be mounted from the split line face.

Slide surface: 10 x 10 mm to 12 x 12 mm

The smallest slide unit of the market features high force transmission thanks to the surface contact in the T guide. The DLC-coated slide itself as well as the guide and the cotter can be mounted from the split line face.

Slide surface: 8 x 6 mm to 18 x 14 mm

Thanks to its very slim design, this high-precision and ready-to-use compact slide unit is perfectly suited to small installation spaces. It is also equipped with an integrated shim and DLC coating.

Slide surface: 16 x 10 mm to 28 x 22 mm

The high-precision DLC-coated compact slide unit enables a slide stroke of up to 40 mm and guarantees maximum part quality as well as the shortest possible cycle times thanks to its integrated cooling. It can be mounted from the split line face and features a high force transmission thanks to the surface contact between slide and cotter.

Slide surface: 18 x 18 mm to 30 x 30 mm

This precisely coordinated assembly can be easily mounted from the split line face and may be equipped with a cooling system. Moreover, the slide retainer can be integrated directly in the DLC-coated guide.
