Our service team offers you practical training in the form of workshops at your premises. Training topics include: installation, operation, maintenance and error diagnosis. If you are interested in training for your location, please talk to your contact person.

Prevention is better than repair. We are happy to check all components of your system. In doing this we hope to detect potential problems before a loss of production occurs due to mechanical failure or wear. You will receive a test report and the system will be delivered on your desired date.

The described injection moulding problems are based on data and experience from Meusburger and the Plastic Centre (SKZ) in Würzburg.

Our application team supports you in your project with 3D filling analyses. We gladly offer you a calculation of the hot runner system including the replacement geometry or original geometry of the moulded part. Your specifications regarding the thermoplastics to be processed and the coordination of the process parameters also serve as a basis. You will receive a detailed report on the calculation results including their evaluation with regard to pressure loss, dissipation heating and shear.
