Active parts for transfer and large dies

In the product group of active parts there are various gauges for positioning the raw material as well as stamping and visual locator setting punches.

Gauges

The gauges are used for positioning blanks in stamping and forming dies or jigs over the outer contours. To enable universal use, various versions are available.

E 5626 Gauge, hardened
E 5627 Gauge, soft - short model
E 5628 Fine gauge, hardened
E 5629 Gauge for part position control

Embossing elements

Our embossing elements are used for marking stamped parts and for optical monitoring of the BDC position of the die.

E 5674 Embossing stamp holder Allows for flexible marking of stamped parts with four or six digits
E 56742 Embossing stamp insert Compatible with the E 5674 Embossing stamp holder
