FH reference customers

Our newly launched hot runner mould has already been making waves with its high quality and reliability in a variety of projects. JELL GmbH & Co. KG + OptiCAMMS Formenbau

The development and design company JELL GmbH & Co. KG, together with their mould making partner OptiCAMMS Formenbau, presented their customer with an FH hot runner mould for the injection moulding of a multi-part shoehorn. Meusburger was the ideal partner given the tight schedule and high quality requirements. In addition, by using the FH configurator, the two partners could present the parameters, costs and 3D data to their customer directly on the screen. The use of an FH hot runner mould enabled them to save between one and two weeks in this project. A 1+1+2-cavity change mould was used to inject the shoehorn in four parts at a time (head piece - handle - middle parts).

Hanatura Kft.

The company Hanatura Kft. is one of the satisfied Meusburger customers who use an FH hot runner mould they designed using our configurator. So far they have equipped two moulds with our EH 6000 hot runner system and already have more projects planned. The moulds were each made with four cavities and were used to produce half-litre plastic cups used at festivals. They are especially impressed with our configurator, emphasising that the CAD model and the price calculation are available immediately and the lead time is unbeatable. What's more, according to Hanatura Kft., by using the EH 4200 gate assembly, smartFILL ring gate they can save additional electrodes during EDM. Valve gate nozzles are not necessary here, as the tear is already clean.
