Meusburger’s extensive range of springs offers you the right spring for every situation - from very low to extremely high loads. To make the design process as simple as possible, Meusburger created a wizard for selecting the right system compression spring at the beginning of the year. Intuitively designed and easy to use, the wizard helps you select the right spring with just a few clicks. The configurable data is then available for download.

Step by step to a system compression spring

First the following parameters can be entered:

Service life
Number of springs (if the number is increased, the result is calculated on the complete spring set)
Installation length preloaded
Initial force at preload
Stroke
Spring force in end position
Outside diameter

Then a list of matching system compression springs is displayed, sorted by outer diameter and starting with the smallest possible diameter. Finally, it is possible to generate the CAD data - in both installed and uninstalled condition. With the help of the system compression spring wizard, the right spring can be found quickly for every application. Time savings and safety are guaranteed.
