Mould bases
We offer high-precision mould bases from high-grade steel that has been heat-treated for stress relief. Due to selected hot-works steels, our mould bases are ideal for use in die casting. There are numerous standard mould sizes up to 996 x 1196 mm, all available from stock. The mould bases are available both in the non drilled version or with pre-drilled guide holes.
Plates, bars and blocks for eroding
Our wide range of plates and bars as well as blocks for eroding are the optimal basis for die casting moulds.
Guiding and locks
Flat guiding units, standard guiding systems as well as guiding systems for large dies can be found in our wide range of products. The centring and locating rings are perfectly adapted to die casting applications.
