The Meusburger bore pattern in mould making

Meusburger sets benchmarks

This systematic coordinated measure provides a continuous measuring system from the smallest through to the biggest mould base. Big improvements are often achieved by simple and obvious ideas. Everything at Meusburger is done with the benefit for the customer in mind.

Cooling holes can be inserted between the guiding bore and the screw holes of any size of mould. The edge distance will remain the same for each guide diameter. The standardised coordinates of all Meusburger moulding plates as well as the sliding core moulds follow the same principle and offer many advantages to the customer.

Customer Feedback

"For the system hole diameters, Meusburger offers a uniform distance from the plate edge. Nevertheless, the distance between system hole and tool fitting holes is such that there is enough space for the cooling hole. In my experience this is required in 90 percent of cases and thus is Meusburger's decisive advantage over other suppliers."

"The Meusburger coordinates are significantly more precise than others, which naturally has a positive effect on the quality of our moulds."
