Stress relieving heat-treatment

The quality steel that we supply is heat-treated again for stress relief. This unique service guarantees to our customers a subsequent machining with little risk of warping.

Thanks to the long maintaining of the temperature and the slow furnace cooling (35°C per hour), stress within the steel is being reduced to a minimum.

The steel is heat-treated for stress-relief in two furnaces (load capacity 40 and 60 tons per day). The long cooling period of 14 hours (at a rate of 35°C/hour) is decisive on that point.
