On October 12th and 13th, 2016, the first Meusburger Die and Mould Making Days took place in the festival hall in Bregenz, Austria. The event was organised in cooperation with the Association of German Tool and Mould Makers and the ‘FORM+Werkzeug’ industry magazine. Amidst a stunning setting, with beautiful views of the Lake Constance, more than 200 daily visitors were offered exiting lectures and during the breaks exchanged information on current topics in die and mould making. On both days, in addition to participating in the sold-out industry meeting, they also had the possibility of visiting an in-house exhibition, and concluded the day with a boat cruise and dinner.

Amidst a stunning setting directly on Lake Constance, interested members of the industry are offered a varied programme: including first-class lectures, renowned exhibitors, exciting discussions and much more. The number of participants for this exclusive industry meeting is limited.
From 7th until 8th of June the wfb trade fair for die and mould making took place in Augsburg. Also this year, the standard parts manufacturer Meusburger was represented with a stand. In addition to the standard components, it presented current new products. An active exchange took place not only at the stand, but also in the newly introduced campfire sessions. For the first time, the wfb offered to the visitors the opportunity to exchange information about specialised topics in small discussion groups.
The Austrian company Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co KG takes over PSG Plastic Service GmbH located in Mannheim. PSG will continue to operate as an independent enterprise and all of its about 200 members of staff are taken over.
Since the middle of June, it's official: Meusburger takes over the PSG Plastic Service GmbH which is located in Mannheim, Viernheim and Seckach and has a foreign branch in China. The Austrian company is the leading manufacturer of high-precision, high-quality standard parts and is, like PSG, a family company with a long tradition. All of PSG's about 200 employees are taken over.
A network meeting of INNONET Plastic took place in Wolfurt, Austria in the middle of May. The members were pleased to welcome an exciting lecture program by Meusburger. It provided the ideal opportunity to learn the advantages of standard parts, establish contacts and exchange practical experiences. The company tour was one of the highlights of the event.
