The leading manufacturer of standard parts developed the practical E 2175 Quick adapter set for efficient leak test. The entire injection mould, whether it is cavity plate, mould insert, or slide can be tested. The easy and tool-free installation in the cylindrical bores of the cooling circuits is unique. Through the easy installation without additional mounting holes, the quick adapter can be used even in deep pockets. The slim design allows for a minimum distance from 14 mm. The innovative quick adapter allows the mould makers to pass on their product 100 % leak tested to their customers. The E 2175 Quick adapter set is available from stock in two different diameters and supplied in a handy toolbox.

Two variants of modular design infeed guides are now available at Meusburger.
These are characterised by infinite width adjustment and offered in three different heights. The different adjustment options of strip width and strip lift allow for a flexible use on different stamping dies.
The new E 1845 Round latch lock for installation in the pillar hole is now available from Meusburger. Its space-saving installation enables a high degree of flexibility when designing the cavity and the integration of temperature regulation components or slide units, and thus a more compact mould structure. Another advantage is the damping element on the stroke limiter of the round latch lock which enables especially fast plate movements. The tried and trusted system with four switching segments guarantees secure and reliable locking of the floating plate. With the E 1845 Round latch lock from Meusburger the stroke length is individually adjustable.
Meusburger is broadening its range of products for die making with a wide range of gas springs featuring small to very high initial force and matching accessories.
Gas springs are cylinders filled with nitrogen and use highly pressurised gas for providing the spring force required. The new product group consists of E 6350 Force, E 6320 Mini, E 6360 Force extreme and the spring plungers E 6310 and E 6315.
The expert in standard components has expanded his range of workshop equipment for die and mould making with the HWS 400 and HWS 402.
Through their particularly easy and reliable clamping these are suitable for first and second side machining. Due to the pull-down effect produced by the claws no pre-stamping of the workpiece is required. The low clamping heights of 3 to 5 mm for the stepped jaws and stepped jaws with claws ensure low material requirement.
